Grenadier is fun, great at damaging large mobs and can mix in useful effects. The bomb breath ability you end up getting is great for damaging large mobs and slows your bomb usage a bit (doesn't work with fast bombs). You also may just end up firing a bow in simpler fights.

They're both great. Vivisectionist continues to be one of the strongest classes in the game, and is even better in this version because you can brew potions and get mythic feats that let you cast tons more spells, you can do things like apply expeditious retreat to your whole party for 24 hours. Alchemists make fantastic buffers due to infusion.

But vivisectionist is pretty amazing, esp. because you can take combat trick more than once in the computer game.
Toxicant is better. Eldritch Poisoner would be perfect if it weren't for this. Alchemist discoveries that affect mundane poisons do not apply to an arcanotoxin.
